I want the financial side of counseling to feel as clear and straightforward as the counseling itself. Talking about money can feel a little awkward, so I want to make this part simple.
Here you will find the rates for counseling and supervision, along with information about payment and insurance. If you have questions or are wondering what might work for you, just ask. We can figure it out together.
I reserve a small number of counseling and supervision spaces at a reduced rate because cost should not be the only thing standing between someone and the support they are seeking.
If finances are a concern, please reach out. We can talk openly about what may be possible and find something that works for both of us.

15-Minute Consultation — No Charge
A brief conversation before we get started. Whether you are considering counseling or clinical supervision, this is a chance to ask questions, share what you are looking for, and learn a little more about how I work. There is no pressure or expectation to make a decision. We can simply talk, see what feels comfortable, and take it from there.
Counseling
Initial Counseling Session — $170
90-minute session
Your first session gives us extra time to get to know one another, talk about what brings you to counseling, and complete the initial intake. We will also talk about what you are hoping for, answer questions, and begin getting a sense of where we might start. The additional time means we can take care of those first-session pieces without feeling rushed.
Individual Counseling — $150
55-minute session
A space to talk about what is happening in your life, make sense of your experiences, and explore what might come next. We will work together at a pace that feels comfortable, with room for questions, curiosity, and figuring things out along the way.
Relationship Counseling — $195
55-minute session
A space for people in relationships to better understand one another and explore what is happening in the spaces between them. Whether the relationship is romantic, familial, a friendship, or something else that matters to you, we will make room for each person’s experience and look for ways to build greater understanding and connection.
Family Counseling — $195
55-minute session
Families come in all kinds of shapes and sizes, and every family has its own story. This is a space to bring the complicated, meaningful, and sometimes difficult parts of being family. We will make room for different perspectives and experiences while creating opportunities for each person to be heard, understood, and part of the conversation.
HSA and FSA cards are accepted for payment.

Out -of-Network Insurance Support
If I am out of network with your insurance plan, I can provide you with a “superbill,” which is simply a statement showing the counseling services you received and what you paid. Your insurance company may ask you to submit this paperwork if you would like to request possible reimbursement for out-of-network services.
If you are considering using your out-of-network benefits, I encourage you to reach out to your insurance provider before beginning counseling. They can help you understand what your specific plan may cover, including out-of-network mental health benefits, deductibles, reimbursement rates, and any requirements for submitting a claim.
Insurance plans can vary quite a bit, so checking ahead of time can help you know what to expect. I am happy to provide the documentation you need, but any reimbursement is determined by your insurance plan. Please confirm your benefits and coverage directly with your insurance provider.

Clinical Supervision
Individual Clinical Supervision — $100
60-minute meeting
A space to slow down, talk through your clinical work, and think together about the counselors you are becoming. Supervision is a place to ask questions, explore challenges, and develop your own clinical voice with support along the way.
Group Clinical Supervision — $50 per person
60-minute meeting
Collaborative clinical supervision in a small-group setting, with space to discuss clinical work, questions, and professional development. You can inquire as an existing group or ask to be added to a group when space becomes available.
Employer Supervision Benefits:
If your employer will pay for outside supervision as an employee benefit, I can work with them to bill the employer directly when available.
